Sites and premises
An up to date database of commercial and industrial property is maintained to assist companies looking for new premises in Leeds. Searches can be carried out online, via the commercial property search, either by companies themselves or by a member of the Council’s business investment team. Visits to premises can be arranged either on a strictly confidential basis or through commercial property agents.
Information
Detailed information on the Leeds economy, labour and property markets can be provided in the form of tailored reports to assist companies with their feasibility studies for expansion or relocation.
Presentations and tours
Presentations and tours can be arranged at all stages of the decision-making process and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the organisation. Presentations can include information on the economy and on quality of life issues. In addition to sites and premises, tours can be expanded to cover housing, leisure and shopping facilities.
Staff relocation, recruitment and training
Once the decision to relocate has been made, information, presentations and tours can be arranged for key staff and their families. These services can be delivered direct or through the client’s relocation consultants. Assistance and guidance can also be offered with the recruitment and training of staff.
